by Xin Feng [08/03/03] There is a patio at my front door and cats came and left their souvenirs. I know you can buy a $$$ automatic sprinkle system that senses and wets the cats and stops them coming again. However, I might be the only PhD on this planet who wants a simple solution for anything. I talked with my colleague Duane about this and he told me that his sister used white milk bottles to scare cats away from her yard. I don't drink milk (I'm sensitive to milk); so I don't have these bottles. While I was thinking about this, I saw the white foams in the PC box I just bought. I collected all the white foams I could find and put them around the patio. The next morning and since, I never saw those souvenirs again. Bingo!
