bulletIf you have trouble with the shopping cart system, e.g. cannot add more than one item into the cart, check your web browser.  First of all, cookies must be enabled.  Internet Explorer and Netscape are recommended; AOL is always the most incompatible browser.  You may try a different browser or a different computer if possible.
bulletIf you want to find out about the exact shipping cost and total amount, just add the items to your shopping cart, select a shipping method and your location and click the "RECALCULATE" button.  You'll then see all the actual charges like this (no any hidden or flexible charges).  This is a very good feature of our shopping cart system - you don't need to give any personal information to see all the actual cost.

bulletWhen you place an order you'll be able to choose a payment method between VISA, MasterCard, Discover, PayPal, check and money order.  Your credit card number will be collected on a SSL secure server and we delete it from the server as soon as we have processed your order. Your credit card won't be charged until your order is ready to ship. If you still don't want to give CC# over Internet, you can place the order online and use a fake CC# and then print out the order and fax or mail it to us.  If you select check or money order as your payment, you need to mail them to the address found on the contact page.
bulletIf you selected PayPal, you still need to give a correct address in the order form which is what we use for shipping and we cannot verify it with your PayPal address. PayPal will email you the receipt, we won't. This is the way it is and as long as you receive a confirmation from PayPal, we have your order. Also note that you are charged immediately by PayPal; if you don't like this, then please use a credit card directly without going through PayPal. Please don't send us money without submitting an order, as it might not be noticed.
bulletYou'll also be able to choose a shipping method between priority, express and overnight and the actual cost will be automatically calculated according to this table.  We do not over-charge on S&H; we only charge actual cost plus the packaging box.

bulletFor items shipped to US, a delivery confirmation # (Priority Mail) or tracking # (FedEx) will be emailed to the receiver once shipped.  Note that delivery confirmation # is not trackable before the item is delivered.
bulletFor other countries, a shipping notice will be emailed once shipped.  Global Express Mail is highly recommended: fast and secure with a tracking #. If you have a special shipping request (e.g. custom declaration), please specify in the message field of order form (see above picture).
bulletExcept for services, downloaded software, opened CDs, all products including non-opened CDs have at least 30 days of money back guarantee.  All products except radios have 1 year limited warrantee for free repair.
bulletListed shipping dates are business days and for reference only.  We ship as fast as we can, but we cannot guarantee as sometimes we have to wait for parts, which is out of our control.  All orders are subject to the same processing rule: first come first serve.  If you selected a fast shipping method such as overnight, it does not necessarily mean your order will be processed and shipped sooner than other shipping methods.
bulletPrice and availability is subject to change without notice and we reserve the right not to sell any of the items and the right to cancel an order or any items in an order.
bulletAs much as we hate junk mails, we will never use your email address and other info for any purposes other than your specific order related. As we must use your email for some related service providers (USPS, UPS etc.), they may abuse the email address.
bulletIf you have any special request, please specify it in your order (see above picture).  Please don't use a separate email for special request. If you need to add more items after submitted your order, you may select the free shipping option when you check out. If you need to send us another/correct credit card #, please add the "Credit Card Info" item to your shopping cart and check out.
